Streusel-Topped Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  3. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well.
  4. Combine next 4 ingredients; add to banana mixture.
  5. Stir just until moistened.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  8. Mix 1/3 cup flour and 3 Tbsp.
  9. sugar in medium bowl.
  10. Cut in 3 Tbsp.
  11. butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
  12. Sprinkle over batter.
  13. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  14. Cool 5 min.
  15. ; remove from pan to wire rack.
  16. Cool completely.
  17. Refrigerate leftovers.
