Tuna Salad
- 4 (2 1/2 ounce) envelopessunkist light tuna
- 2 eggs, boiled and diced
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 13 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 2 -3 dashes lemon juice
- 2 -3 dashes hot sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- You can use onions instead of onion powder.

- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Adjust seasonings as needed.
