Black Pepper Sauce

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) oyster sauce
• 1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce
• 1 tsp (5 ml) black pepper
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) white pepper
• 1 tsp (5 ml) rice wine or sake

1. Mix all together and pour to coat.
