Marinated & Grilled Tempeh
- 3 oz. , cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 leek, trimmed and split in half lengthwise
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/3 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Heat grill or broiler.
- Using a basting brush, coat all sides of tempeh, leeks and carrots with salad dressing; cover and set aside.
- Place tempeh and vegetables on grill across the grates lengthwise, or on broiler pan.
- Grill each side about 5 min., basting with remaining marinade.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Enjoy yogurt with meal or as dessert.
- Serve a glass of water with meal.
