Mini Fruit Pizzas

  1. Place cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachement.
  2. Beat on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Spread each cookie with 1 heaping tablespoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top evenly with fruit.
  5. Brush 1 tsp.
  6. of the preserves over fruit on each cookie.
  7. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerator up to 24 hours.
