Creamy Parmesan & Gemelli Pasta with Creamed Leeks & Roasted Tomatoes

• 1 qt. leeks, julienned
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 16 packs KRAFT Simple Signatures Creamy Parmesan & Gemelli Pasta
• 1 qt. grape tomatoes, roasted

1. Saute leeks in butter; stir in cream.
2. Cook until softened.
3. Heat pasta as directed on package.
4. Stir in leeks and tomatoes.
