Super-Easy Fish Skillet
- 1 cup chopped red onions
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 4 frozen haddock fillets (1 lb.), thawed
- Cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomatoes, peppers and olives; mix lightly.
- Top with fish; cover.
- Simmer on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve fish topped with sauce.
