Honey 'n' Spice Kabobs

  1. Cut pepper into 1 inch squares.
  2. In small saucepan, blance peppers in boiling water for 1 minute.
  3. Drain peppers on papertowels.
  4. Cut each chicken breast half into quarters.
  5. Alternately thread chicken, green peppers, and pineapple on to skewers.
  6. In small bowl combine, 57 sauce and honey.
  7. Brush each kabob with butter.
  8. Brush each kabob with the 57 sauce mixture.
  9. Broil kabobs 6 inches from heat source, 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  10. Turning kabobs and brushing with sauce once.
