Chicken Caesar Wrap
- 1 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 3 dashes Salt
- 4 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Tablespoons Sliced Black Olives
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Pepperoncini
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Caesar Dressing (For The Salad)
- 2 Tablespoons Caesar Dressing (For The Inside Of The Wrap)
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a shallow dish or bowl, add the chicken breast and cover both sides with the olive oil.
- Then add the pepper, oregano, and salt to both sides of the chicken.
- Put the chicken breast on a small cookie sheet or in a shallow casserole dish, and cook uncovered in the oven until done (about 30 minutes).
- Let cool for about 10 minutes and cut the chicken in 1/2 inch slices.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the lettuce, sliced black olives, pepperoncini, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add about 3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing to the lettuce mixture and mix together.
- Add the lettuce mixture in the middle of the tortillas.
- Next, add the sliced chicken and top with the remaining Caesar dressing.
- Fold the right and left sides of the tortilla in about 2 inches and roll up the tortilla like a burrito.
- Then cut in half and serve.
