Choco Peanut Butter Crackers Recipe
- 1 box Waverly crackers
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 cube butter
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with crackers.
- In saucepan, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, butter and lowfat milk.
- Heat to boiling, boil 5 min, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, add in vanilla.
- Spread over crackers.
- Layer another set of crackers on caramel layer.
- Heat together chocolate chips, peanut butter and butterscotch chips.
- Spread over 2nd layer of crackers.
- Chill 1 hour before cutting into squares.
- Keeps best in refrigerator.
