Choco Peanut Butter Crackers Recipe

  1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with crackers.
  2. In saucepan, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, butter and lowfat milk.
  3. Heat to boiling, boil 5 min, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat, add in vanilla.
  5. Spread over crackers.
  6. Layer another set of crackers on caramel layer.
  7. Heat together chocolate chips, peanut butter and butterscotch chips.
  8. Spread over 2nd layer of crackers.
  9. Chill 1 hour before cutting into squares.
  10. Keeps best in refrigerator.
