Mom'S Patio Casserole

  1. Cook noodles; drain.
  2. Melt butter or margarine.
  3. Brown meat, breaking into bite size pieces; drain.
  4. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, flour and salt.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat.
  6. In separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and vegetables.
  7. Place 1/2 noodles in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  8. Cover with cottage cheese mixture.
  9. Top with rest of noodles.
  10. Finally, spread meat mixture over noodles.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  12. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
  13. Makes 12 hearty servings.
