Mexican-Baked Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup jalapeno bread crumbs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine the last few ingredients (everything except the pork chops and olive oil).
- Spread the olive oil on a plate.
- Dip the pork chops in the olive oil, then coat each one in the mixture.
- Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well-covered in it.
- Place the pork chops on the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Ta-da!
