Mexican Brunch Bake

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over hash brown mixture.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake casserole, uncovered, 55 min.
  5. to 1 hour or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. before serving.
