Field Salad With Maple Dressing

• 8 ounces mixed salad greens (field greens)
• 34 cup chopped toasted walnuts or 34 cup pecans
• 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (you can also use shredded cheddar)
• 1 cup diced granny smith apple
• 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
• 14 cup real maple syrup
• 14 cup light olive oil or 14 cup canola oil

1. Toss salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
2. In a small jar shake dressing ingredients.
3. Pour dressing over salad.
