Dashi Chazuke with Broiled Eel

  1. Make the sauce.
  2. Chop the mitsuba and nori.
  3. Put the ingredients into the bonito dashi stock and heat.
  4. Put rice in a bowl, add the sauce, and mix well.
  5. Place the eel on top and pour over the dashi stock.
  6. Garnish with mitsuba, wasabi, and nori.
