Dashi Chazuke with Broiled Eel
- 1 Eel
- 1 Eel sauce
- 350 grams White rice
- 200 ml Bonito dashi stock
- 1/2 tsp Mirin
- 1/2 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Wasabi
- 1 Nori (shredded or torn apart)
- 1 Mitsuba or green onions
- Make the sauce.
- Chop the mitsuba and nori.
- Put the ingredients into the bonito dashi stock and heat.
- Put rice in a bowl, add the sauce, and mix well.
- Place the eel on top and pour over the dashi stock.
- Garnish with mitsuba, wasabi, and nori.
