Apple Date Cream Cake Recipe

• 2 c. Flour
• 1 c. Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Allspice
• 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 can (21-ounce) apple pie filling
• 1/2 c. Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 c. Minced dates
• 1 c. Minced nuts Cold whip

1. Combine first 6 ingredients; stir gently.
2. Combine next 4 ingredients; mix well and stir into dry ingredients.
3. Stir in dates and nuts.
4. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-2-inch pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
6. Cold.
7. Top with Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream.
