Grilled Chicken Flatbread
- 375 g (1/2 of 750-g pkg.) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup cooked chicken strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
- 1 cup sliced drained canned artichoke hearts
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll dough into 12x10-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with dressing; top with chicken, peppers and artichokes.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with cheeses; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with basil.
