30-Minute Mexican Marinara Sauce

  1. In a large heavy pot, over medium-hight heat, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
  2. Add beef; cook and stir until browned.
  3. Drain off any accumulated fat; stir in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, steak sauce, chili powder and cumin.
  4. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low.
  5. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in beans and corn; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot; garnish with cheese, sour cream and tomato.
