Pasta Salad
- 1 (16 oz.) box curly noodles
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 purple onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, finely grated
- 6 dill pickles, chopped
- 1 1/3 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
- 3 shakes cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- paprika (for color)
- Boil noodles; drain.
- Mix noodles, eggs, onion, carrots and pickles.
- Set aside.
- Mix together Miracle Whip, sour cream and milk.
- Add dry mustard, dill weed, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, pepper and paprika to dressing.
- Taste dressing.
- Can add more spices to suit taste.
- Pour dressing over noodle mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate.
