Dale's Broccoli Casserole
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 35 buttery crackers, crushed (about 2 cups crushed)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
- Add VELVEETA; toss lightly.
- Toss crackers and melted butter.
- Place broccoli and VELVEETA in shallow buttered casserole dish.
- Spread crumb mixture on top.
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Tip: Crush crackers in plastic bag with rolling pin.
