Bbq Beef Sandwiches (7.5 Pts) Recipe

  1. Place beef in slow cooker.
  2. Combine remainin ingredients, except rolls.
  3. Pour over meat.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hrs.
  5. Chill or possibly prepare sandwiches now.
  6. Shred beef by pulling it apart with 2 forks.
  7. Add in one c. sauce.
  8. Reheat mix in microsave or possibly on stovetop.
  9. Spoon on hot, open-face rolls or possibly buns.
  10. Top with additional hot sauce if you like.
  11. Serves 10-12
