Bbq Beef Sandwiches (7.5 Pts) Recipe
- 2 1/2 lb lean boneless chuck roast (2.5 to 3)
- 1/4 c. tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. dijon-style mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 10 x french rolls or possibly sandwich buns (10 to 12)
- Place beef in slow cooker.
- Combine remainin ingredients, except rolls.
- Pour over meat.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hrs.
- Chill or possibly prepare sandwiches now.
- Shred beef by pulling it apart with 2 forks.
- Add in one c. sauce.
- Reheat mix in microsave or possibly on stovetop.
- Spoon on hot, open-face rolls or possibly buns.
- Top with additional hot sauce if you like.
- Serves 10-12
