Quick Meatball Lasagna Skillet
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) frozen fully cooked meatballs (2 inch)
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken into pieces
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Heat dressing in large deep nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meatballs; stir.
- Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add pasta sauce and water; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Add noodles; stir to evenly coat with sauce.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 18 min.
- or until noodles are tender.
- Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 2 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
