Beef With Black Bean Sauce (Si Jap Ngau Yuk) Recipe

  2. Mix soy sauce, chinese cooking wine and corn starch, add in beef and mix to coat.
  3. Marinate 15 min.

  5. Heat wok.
  6. Add in peanut oil and garlic, stir fry 1 minute till oil is aromatic.

  8. Add in beef, stir fry 2 min till lightly browned.
  9. Remove beef.

  11. Reheat wok, add in peanut oil, peppers and onions, stir fry 2 min.

  13. Add in beef, stir fry 1 minute.
  14. 6.
  15. Add in black bean sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  16. 7.
  17. Mix cornstarch with water, add in and stir fry to thicken sauce.
