Swordfish Steak a La Henry
- 6 swordfish steaks, 1-inch thick each
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons basil, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 -3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except the fish.
- Place fish in the mixture and marinate 2-3 hours.
- Grill 5 minutes per side until done.
