Layered Greek Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1- 1/2 cup Prepared Original Hummus
- 1 cup Chopped Cucumbers
- 1 cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives
- 1/2 cups Feta Cheese
- 13 cups Sliced Green Onions
- 1 package (about 8 Oz. Size) Pita Chips, For Serving
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch deep pie pan or shallow serving dish.
- Evenly spread the prepared hummus on top of the cream cheese.
- Top the hummus with the cucumbers, tomatoes (make sure to get rid of the extra juice from the tomatoes), olives, feta, and green onions, in that order.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but no more than 24 hours.
- Serve with pita chips.
