Duck egg on toast recipe

  1. Toast bread & keep warm on plates.
  2. Fry duck eggs in butter & place them on toast.
  3. Add a good knob of butter to frying pan, saute mushrooms for 30 seconds, tossing frequently.
  4. Scatter mushrooms around the eggs, add seasoning and serve immediately.
