Beef Tortini Recipe

  1. Saute/fry beef and onion till beef is browned, then drain off fat.
  2. Add in tomato paste and sauce and simmer for about 1/2 hour, till juices thicken.
  3. Mix spinach and cottage cheese.
  4. Put 1/3 the meat in large, 12"x18", lasagna pan or possibly 2 (9"x13").
  5. Add in half the spinach mix then another 1/3 of the meat, etc.
  6. till you use everything up.
  7. Top with Mozzarella and mushrooms and bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.
