Cheesy Corny Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, egg, and corn.
  3. Arrange the chips on a large rimmed baking sheet and fill each with approximately 1 teaspoon of the corn mixture.
  4. Top each with a slice of olive.
  5. Bake until the filling sets, about 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the corn bites with chives and serve warm.
