Tiny Shoepeg Corn Fritters

• 1 egg
• 14 cup milk
• 1 cup pancake mix
• 1 cup whole shoepeg kernel corn

1. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot salad oil and cook slowly until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
2. Drain.
