No-Bake Chocolate and Cream Cheese Pie

  1. Combine bittersweet chocolate, cream and unsweetened chocolate in heavy medium saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. Cool to just lukewarm.
  4. Beat next 3 ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
  5. Beat in chocolate mixture.
  6. Spoon filling into crust; smooth top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours and up to 2 days.
  8. Serve chilled.
