Stout Floats

  1. Fill 4 float glasses or juice glasses with 1/2 cup each (about 2 scoops) ice cream.
  2. Top slowly with stout.
  3. (You may not use all of the stout.)
  4. Garnish with nutmeg, if desired.
  5. Serve floats with a spoon.
