Italian Steak & Potato Salad
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb.)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. new potatoes, cooked, cut into 1/2-inch cubes King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomato halves
- 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
- Score steak on both sides with shallow cross-cuts.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add steak; cook 8 to 10 min.
- or until medium doneness (160F), turning once.
- Remove steak from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining dressing in same skillet.
- Add potatoes and beans; cook 4 to 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Toss greens and tomatoes with remaining dressing; spoon onto platter.
- Top with beans, potatoes, meat and croutons.
