Italian Steak & Potato Salad

  1. Score steak on both sides with shallow cross-cuts.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak; cook 8 to 10 min.
  5. or until medium doneness (160F), turning once.
  6. Remove steak from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the remaining dressing in same skillet.
  9. Add potatoes and beans; cook 4 to 5 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  12. Toss greens and tomatoes with remaining dressing; spoon onto platter.
  13. Top with beans, potatoes, meat and croutons.
