Fruit Pizza

  1. Grease lightly a 13-inch pizza pan.
  2. Cream together oleo, Crisco, 1/2 cup sugar and egg.
  3. Add flour, soda and cream of tartar.
  4. Dough will be sticky.
  5. Spread until it covers pan.
  6. Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 400u0b0.
  7. Let crust cool.
  8. Clean strawberries and have bananas ready to slice.
  9. Beat until smooth and spread over cooled crust the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons reserved juice.
  10. Slice bananas, strawberries, pineapple and oranges in bite-sized pieces.
  11. Arrange in pretty design on top of cream cheese filling.
  12. Thicken remaining fruit juice with cornstarch over medium heat.
  13. Stir continuously.
  14. Cool slightly and spread over fruit. Chill at least 2 hours.
