STOVE TOP Bacon & Mushroom Stuffin' Egg Muffin

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare stuffing as directed on package; cool 5 min.
  3. Press 1/4 cup stuffing onto bottom and up side of each 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, forming 1/4-inch rim around top of each.
  4. Spoon mushrooms into stuffing cups.
  5. Beat eggs in measuring cup; pour over mushrooms.
  6. Top with bacon and cheese.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. or until centers are set.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. before serving.
