BOCA Essentials Roasted Vegetable & Red Quinoa Burgers with Marinated Onions, Cucumbers & Feta
- 2 cups HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 qt. English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 cups yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 16 each frozen BOCA Essentials Roasted Vegetable & Red Quinoa Burgers
- 16 each hamburger buns
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Mix vinegar, sugar and oregano in bowl.
- Add cucumbers and onions; toss to coat.
- Let stand 15 min.
- Drain.
- Cook burgers on well-oiled 350 degrees F griddle or flat-top grill 8 to 10 min.
- or until internal temperature registers 160 degrees F, turning halfway.
- Fill each bun with 1/3 cup marinated vegetables, 1 burger and 1 Tbsp.
