Kiriboshi Daikon & Olive Oil Stir-Fry

  1. Soak the kiriboshi daikon in water and then squeeze it to remove the excess water.
  2. If there is water in the canned soybeans, drain them well.
  3. Julienne the carrots.
  4. Cut the bacon into thin strips.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
  6. Add the ingredients and stir-fry.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. All done.
