Kiriboshi Daikon & Olive Oil Stir-Fry
- 1 bag Kiriboshi daikon
- 1/2 Carrot (julienned)
- 1/2 can Soy beans (boiled and canned)
- 3 slice Sliced bacon
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Black pepper
- 2/3 tsp Coarse salt
- Soak the kiriboshi daikon in water and then squeeze it to remove the excess water.
- If there is water in the canned soybeans, drain them well.
- Julienne the carrots.
- Cut the bacon into thin strips.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
- Add the ingredients and stir-fry.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- All done.
