Peach Cream Pie Recipe

  1. In bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add in ice cream; stir till melted.
  3. Refrigeratetill mix has thickened but not set, 15 to 20 min.
  4. Mix in peaches and extract.
  5. Spoon into pie shell.
  6. Refrigeratetill hard, several hrs.
  7. Good with whipped cream.
