Peach Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. peach gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. peach ice cream
- 2 med. size ripe peaches, peeled if you like, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 9-inch pie shell, baked and cooled
- In bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add in ice cream; stir till melted.
- Refrigeratetill mix has thickened but not set, 15 to 20 min.
- Mix in peaches and extract.
- Spoon into pie shell.
- Refrigeratetill hard, several hrs.
- Good with whipped cream.
