Easy Oven Ribs with Sriracha Barbecue Sauce
- 2 lb. (900 g) pork spareribs Safeway 1 lb For $2.88 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. steak spice
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Place ribs in a single layer on large sheet heavy-duty foil.
- Rub steak spice evenly onto both sides of ribs.
- Bring up foil sides, double fold top and ends to seal packet.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together and heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
- Transfer ribs to barbecue; brush with half the sauce mixture.
- Grill 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
