Baked Potatoes with Spiced Sour Cream

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until well blended; cover.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Split potatoes.
  7. Serve topped with the sour cream mixture.
