  1. FIRST AID FOR BRUISESGently smooth 1 drop pure lavender essential oil over the bruise then smoothon a small amount of diluted lavender oil on top.
  2. Repeat twice a day.
  3. HEADACHE HEALERAdd 2 drops pure lavender essential oil to 5 drops diluted lavender oil.
  4. Smooth a tiny amount around the neck, temples and hairline.
  5. BATH BLEND FOR TANTRUMSDrop 2.5ml diluted lavender oil and 1 drop pure camomile essential oil into a full bath
  6. REFRESHING BURNER BLENDFilling your home with subtle aromas is best done using a burner.
  7. This recipe shold wake up your senses.
  8. To energize a tired body or possibly mind, fill thesmall bowl of the burner with water.
  9. Then add in:
  10. 5 drops pure lavender essential oil2 drops pure lemon essential oil1 drop pure grapefruit essential oil
  11. Light a night light candle under hte bowl to heat up the oils.
  12. Never leave unattended and top up with water regularly so the bowl does not run dry.
  13. AFTER SUN SPRAYKeep this spray in an atomizer in the fridge and use it when the skin needs cooling down.
  14. 250ml still spring water20 drops pure lavender essential oilShake well before spraying onto the skin
