Pizza Burgers
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese cut into small squares
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 package Pepperoni Slices (optional)
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 package Hamburger Buns
- Brown ground beef using salt and pepper to season the meat while cooking.
- Drain off fat.
- Add the can of tomato soup, Velveeta cheese and Miricle Whip.
- Heat the mixture over meduim heat.
- Stir slowly until cheese is melted and everything is mixed well.
- Open hamburger buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- (I usually have enough mixture for 7 hamburger buns or 14 halfs)
- Spoon the ground beef / cheese mixture onto the hamburger bun halfs.
- Top with pepperoni slices if you wish.
- (I usually use 3 slices of normal pepperoni slices or 7-8 pieces of mini slices per bun)
- Broil in oven until top is golden brown.
- Take care not to burn the bottom of the buns.
- Let cool 2 or 3 minutes before eating.
