Pizza Burgers

  1. Brown ground beef using salt and pepper to season the meat while cooking.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add the can of tomato soup, Velveeta cheese and Miricle Whip.
  4. Heat the mixture over meduim heat.
  5. Stir slowly until cheese is melted and everything is mixed well.
  6. Open hamburger buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  7. (I usually have enough mixture for 7 hamburger buns or 14 halfs)
  8. Spoon the ground beef / cheese mixture onto the hamburger bun halfs.
  9. Top with pepperoni slices if you wish.
  10. (I usually use 3 slices of normal pepperoni slices or 7-8 pieces of mini slices per bun)
  11. Broil in oven until top is golden brown.
  12. Take care not to burn the bottom of the buns.
  13. Let cool 2 or 3 minutes before eating.
