Chicken-Broccoli Bake

  1. Prepare in one 9 x 13-inch baking dish or two 8 x 8-inch dishes.
  2. Melt margarine in a large pan and stir in crumbs until well mixed.
  3. Divide into 2 portions (4 for two 8 x 8-inch pans). Spread one portion in bottom of baking dish, cover with chicken and broccoli which has been tossed together.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
