Baked Whole Wheat and Okara Maple Donuts
- 100 grams Whole wheat flour
- 50 grams Fresh okara
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg (L)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Maple syrup
- Warm the donut maker.
- Add the ingredients into a bowl and whip until light and airy.
- Crack the egg into the bowl and mix a little.
- Also add maple syrup and mix until the dough becomes even.
- Pour the dough into an icing bag, and squeeze into the preheated donut maker.
- Bake for 3 minutes to finish.
- Cool down on a rack.
- I made these for my daughter only using healthy ingredients.
- She couldn't resist eating them.
