Quick Clam Chowder #5FIX
- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 2 (11 ounce) cans minced clams, with liquid
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, mexican style
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 12 cup finely diced celery
- Add celery, liquid from canned clams and corn into a large sauce pan or dutch oven.
- Heat on low till the celery begins to soften.
- Add clams, corn, potatoes and half and half.
- Continue to heating at medium to low.
- Do not bring to a boil and stir gently.
- Simmer for 20-30 minutes before serving.
