Scalloped Tuna

  1. Heat breadcrumbs with milk and margarine until margarine melts.
  2. Meanwhile, beat egg and egg whites.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, onion, parsley flakes, and tuna.
  4. Gradually stir in hot milk and crumbs.
  5. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350F (180C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
