Italian Meatloaf
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 2/3 oz Italian salad dressing mix, dry (1 envelope)
- 1/2 tsp Emeril's Essence seasoning
- 1 1/2 cup corn chex, crushed (or chex of your choice, corn & rice are gluten-free)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 dash celery salt
- 2 slice American cheese, cut into strips
- Add all ingredients, except cheese in bowl; mix well.
- Shape into loaf in shallow pan.
- Bake in 350F oven for 65 minutes.
- Top with cheese strips.
- Cook for 5 minutes longer.
