Heath Bar Meringue Recipe
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- Add in cream of tatar and sugar gradually.
- Line 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans with foil.
- Spread half mix in each pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
- Leave in oven 10 min longer with door open.
- Remove foils.
