Heath Bar Meringue Recipe

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
  2. Add in cream of tatar and sugar gradually.
  3. Line 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans with foil.
  4. Spread half mix in each pan.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
  6. Leave in oven 10 min longer with door open.
  7. Remove foils.
