Mexican Frito Salad
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb (.2 kg). cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 15 oz (420 grm). can Ranch Style Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 bag regular Fritos
- 1/2 bottle Catalina dressing
- Mix lettuce, tomatoes, onion and beans.
- Place in fridge to chill.
- Grate cheese and crush Fritos.
- Add cheese, Fritos and dressing right before serving.
