Lucy's Scallops Recipe
- Individual casserole dishes
- 1/4 to 1/3 pound scallops per dish
- 2 tbsp. dry cooking sherry
- Garlic pwdr
- Whole wheat bread crumbs
- Salt
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. melted butter
- Into each individual dish, place 1/4 to 1/3 lb.
- scallops.
- Add in 2 Tbsp.
- dry cooking sherry; add in a sprinkle of garlic pwdr.
- Top with whole wheat bread crumbs, another sprinkle of garlic pwdr, a sprinkle of salt, grated Parmesan cheese.
- Pour 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp.
- melted butter over contents of each dish.
- Bake in a Warm, 450 to 475 degree oven till done, about 10 to 12 min.
