Lucy's Scallops Recipe

  1. Into each individual dish, place 1/4 to 1/3 lb.
  2. scallops.
  3. Add in 2 Tbsp.
  4. dry cooking sherry; add in a sprinkle of garlic pwdr.
  5. Top with whole wheat bread crumbs, another sprinkle of garlic pwdr, a sprinkle of salt, grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp.
  7. melted butter over contents of each dish.
  8. Bake in a Warm, 450 to 475 degree oven till done, about 10 to 12 min.
