Lemony Chef's Salad
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 KRAFT Slim Cut Swiss Cheese Slice, cut into thin strips
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
- Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
- Stir in vinegar.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into three individual serving bowls.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
