Lemony Chef's Salad

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in vinegar.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  7. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  8. Spoon into three individual serving bowls.
  9. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
